Justin Grant is the founder and Managing Partner of Hillavill Capital Partners, bringing over a decade of institutional experience to serve high net-worth individuals, OCIO mandates, captive insurance firms, entrepreneurs, institutions, trusts and family offices.

Throughout his career spanning asset management, investment advisory and research, Justin has managed and advised on $4 billion in assets and was a key contributor to significant client gains through disciplined data-driven strategies across economic cycles. He previously led all front-office functions at a leading Caribbean asset management firm, including portfolio management, trading, investment research & analysis, asset allocation, risk management and compliance. In this role, he chaired over 400 weekly investment committee meetings, guiding the firm through volatile financial markets with sound judgement and strategic leadership.
